EzVictory is a facilitated Social Recreation program that uses tabletop games and creative activities to help participants build social confidence, practice communication, and strengthen problem-solving skills in a supportive group setting.

Our program serves teens and adults of all abilities, including participants with intellectual, developmental, or social-communication support needs. Families, caregivers, and support staff are welcome.

Participants practice real-life skills through structured group play, including:
* Social confidence in community settings, conversation, and cooperative play
* Turn-taking, teamwork, and respectful competition
* Flexibility, emotional regulation, and frustration tolerance
* Critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving
* Confidence in community participation and peer connection
* Coping with unpredictability

Each session follows a consistent, supportive structure:
* Welcome/check-in and group expectations
* Guided tabletop gameplay (cooperative and/or competitive)
* Facilitated social coaching and problem-solving moments
* Optional creative component (select sessions)
* Wrap-up, reflection, and preview of next week

We keep groups small, typically 6 participants or fewer to support engagement, comfort, and quality facilitation.

Sessions are 3 hours long, meeting once per week.

Sessions are held in LA County; exact location shared upon registration.

Yes. Registration is per season. We currently ask participants to select two seasons at a time to support planning and consistent group formation. If you need a different arrangement (including funding related limits), contact us so we can discuss options.

We offer four seasons per year. Each season is typically 12 weeks. Season 4 may be 10–11 weeks depending on holidays. If a scheduled session lands on a holiday, we will notify families and post updates in advance. Dates and times will be posted on our main page.

Yes. Sessions are facilitated by trained staff with experience in social coaching, behavior support, and inclusive recreation. The program is designed to be supportive and respectful. We review program expectations on Day 1 and reinforce them throughout the season.
For creative activities, we also teach basic safety for tools and materials before use. If a participant can safely use a pen or pencil, they can typically participate with appropriate support.
This will be no more then a 6:1 staff ratio.

We adapt sessions to support different needs, which may include:
* Clear routines and expectations
* Rule modifications or simplified instructions
* Breaks and quiet reset options
* Support for communication styles and social comfort levels
* Positive behavior support and coaching during challenging moments
We also have a comfortable rest area for emotional regulation.

Yes. Support persons are welcome when needed for accessibility and successful participation. Please let us know during intake so we can plan appropriately.

We make sure the group stays smooth and inclusive. If needed, the facilitator will join gameplay to keep teams balanced and the session running well.

Because sessions are structured group programs with reserved space and supplies, missed sessions are not refundable. If you miss a session, we will continue with the group. If we are able to offer a make-up option, we will do so based on scheduling availability.

Yes. EzVictory is designed to align with Social Recreation (Service Code 525) to be funded through your Regional Center depending on your IPP goals and authorization.

Yes. EzVictory is designed to align with Community IntegrationSupports (Service Code 331) to be funded through the Self-Determination Program. Your FMS may require onboarding and invoicing steps, please contact us and we’ll coordinate with your team.
